Forums are intended to give members of the AGA Richmond Chapter an opportunity to respectfully communicate with each other on issues of mutual interest under the umbrella of government accountability and financial management. Views expressed in Forums are those of the authors. Through its Forums Moderator and appropriate consultation with its Board, AGA Richmond reserves the right to edit submissions for length, composition, and professionalism. Controversial views and issues should be phrased in a professional and objective manner that reflects good judgment and supports collegial discussion. Views expressed in Forums by members, even if edited, are not those of the leadership or membership of the AGA Richmond Chapter or the Association of Government Accountants, but remain the personal views of each author.
